Cody and a LKA Beast 6-20-26

Cody had the choice of getting up at 3 am to help me catch herring or get up at 6 am to troll with lures.  He chose 6 am.  We had lines in by 6:30 and he catches a nice keeper within 5 minutes.  Then a short.  We had a short dry spell and then the wayyyy backkk rod goes off and is ripping line.  It was all he could do to make up any line.  I get the two other rods in on that side to manage things.  Eventually he gets it to the boat and I get it in.  His personal best striper at over 28" and 10+ lbs.

We fished until 9:30 and called it when the boat traffic was bad.  Here are his others...........

honestly curly.....that's the only way anyone should be spoiling the youngsters.  You find them and they keep the memories for life.  Congrats on being the best guide there!
