LKA Stripers 5-10

Got up at 4:40 to go catch herring.  Had bait by 6 am.  Put out 6 planer boards and slowly trolled (0.7 mph) with the TM.  Small stripers were being a PIA.  In the end before 8 am, I had caught 19 stripers, 4 of which were keepers.  Had my limit early.  Have about 10 lbs of filets in the freezer.  10 more pounds and I'll make a run to the food bank to donate big_smile ..

Is there any chance of mis hooking or gut hooking using this method? I do get it that you are moving albeit slowly.

Great job on the catching and donating.

Time to go fishin' again!

Very cool curly!  They look to be good eating size.  LKA fishing looks great when you do it!
