8-10 Tough Conditions
Fished 4 of the lakes this morning and very tough conditions. Water is down everywhere and stagnant. Only one 15" bass in about 2.5 hrs of fishing 
. Did bump into Fishfry (Chris) at Cedar and Tipp. Good to met you Chris.

@Curly...great to meet you too! Yeah, the lakes were in tough shape.... I ended up going the Loudon County Water Ponds....caught a mess of small bass.
