Pacemaker Fishing Forum

My mom recently sent me this photo in the mail.  I was about 7 years old and the forward bass was 5 lbs.  There is another one behind it and mostly obscured that weighed a little less.  It was my first 5-lb bass.  I still remember that day, the location, and catching those two bass......nearly 48 years ago.  I went with my dad fishing at a local pond.  I caught 2 big ones on a red Mann's strawberry red plastic worm.....and dad got skunked.  I started out with white hair.........and will end up that way in a few years.
