New rod?
Will a 7' 6" MH do the job throwing swimbaits and bama rigs? or do I need to go up to the 7' 11" H?
Lookin for any advice on this as I do not have much knowledge about these baits. thanks..

7'11" H will through most bama and swimbait rigs. I've got one, very satisfied.
One of the picasso bama rigs is not weighted and includes a swivel on the front (important!). You could use 1/8 jig heads on the four outside swivels and a 1/4 on the middle one (good to balance the rig) and have something that weighs about an ounce when the baits are added. Throw it with a H or XH flipping stick.
