Afternoon largemouth outing

This is going to be a short and sweet post ?

Took the afternoon off and decided to chase some largemouth in a location where I had two solid back-to-back days last year about this time. This trip was not quite like that because I caught nothing on crankbaits or chatterbaits or rattle traps working the drop off along a dam and a rocky flat

Started throwing the Ned rig and ended up catching five little ones and avoiding the skunk. I wasn't working and I did get skunked so it's still a good day

good work on not getting skunked!  I have to tell myself to change it up because I get stubborn and forget there are so many different ways to fish!

I still got a little stubborn because I tried to work the same areas with the same lures a little too long but I did eventually leave and try some other areas
