4-1-2026 Report

The weather was awesome today and the catching was tough. That full moon may have something to do with it. Regardless we cast a lot and caught a big carp in the mouth with a shad dart. Fight lasted a good 15 minutes plus. Thought at first it was a big cat and then a tiger shark and maybe an attack submarine. It is fools day after all.

Later we found the shad and whaled on them till the tide stopped. Count was 15 when I lost count.
