Occoquan Shad

They have arrived. We caught 50 between the 2 of us yesterday and it could've been alot more. Just got tired!
We used tandem rigs, small gold kastmaster on bottom with a small white grub on top.  We'd get furious action for 10 minutes and the school would move.
Lots of shore anglers and only 1 other boat. Biggest was 17". No other species caught. Water temp 52F.
