Back in town after a month and half of bass fishing down south in the tanic water swamps of VA and NC. Wind was 20 plus out of the north west so changed venue to Mattawomen Creek. Catfish and carp was are target. We caught zero carp. Not even a bump on 6 rods. However the cat bite was very good. Big ones back in the shallows of the creek feeding heavy on shad/menhaden. Caught a big one and 9 around 8 to 12 lbs. The crew did not bring a cooler to put them in. Open the trunk of the car and put down a drop cloth and tossed them in. Trunk or Treat. LOL

So glad you were able to put Miquel on some good ones!
I told his wife to make sure he brings a cooler!
