09/16/24 Shore

Got out from about 6:15-8am.  Bite was slow.  got a couple swipes at the popper early but low water and lots of grass made any presentation difficult.

I kept seeing swirls/wakes in very shallow water very close to me.  I finally pitched the popper right there and it got blasted.  Nice chunky fish.

That was it.  Nice morning.
