Aug 6 2024 potomac river Almost got skunked!
It is the last decent day of the week before we get an influx of rain and wind. So I decided to go for it at my favorite least pressured spot and the wind was strong! Thought I wouldn't have a chance but I had two really nice snakeheads on that came off and a lot of hits from bass that were very aggressive (flying out of the water).
Finally got 1 nice little bass and I was very satisfied since I wasn't going to let the wind deter me.
Overall had about 14-16 hits and at least 5-6 come off the lure. It was just one of those days!
