Pacemaker Fishing Forum

I've made 5 trips to the bay so far this summer and the fishing has been fantastic. The grass looks really good this year, and I've been finding quality specks and reds in it on every trip. Some stripers and perch have made it to the boat too. I've fished several spots from the Potomac to the Rappahannock and haven't been disappointed yet. I throw topwater as much as possible, and on sunny days I use a popping cork and fluke a lot. Several other lures have worked too, but those are my mainstays. Kept a couple slot puppy drum and perch but everything else was tagged and released.
