was able to catch a 1/2 dozen largemouth on a slow day.
modest success was observed among the faithful, but little was noteworthy.

i noticed a very low tide prevailing through the noon and early afternoon hours.
when it finally turned around 2pm, the action perked up a bit. unfortunately a steady wind arrived w/ it.
i had to leave at 2:30. i suspect the most active session of feeding was on for the day.

look for a better bite tomorrow as warmer overnight temps will retain some of the benefit of today's sunshine.
high tide relents around 8am, while low tide won't  break until around 3pm.

tomorrow evening could be a real winner down on the occoquan...
