Pacemaker Fishing Forum

Had some free time so I launched at my marina down the street from me.  It took me a minute to get used to my positioning for peddling (as in I was not close enough to peddle comfortably).  But once I adjusted my seat and settled in I was on my way. 
It was a hot day (all of a sudden) and there was a slight wind, but no issues.  The peddle system is pretty awesome.  I was moving easily and quickly and this yak is comfortable and very stable.  Way more than my feelfree lure.  Anyway, I get to my spot where I had to raise the peddle drive and use my paddles since there was so much grass already.  I crossed into a section that was shallow and I have never seen boats in (probably because of all the grass and shallowness).

It was a nice spot that was serene and I was able to stand up easily and fish the pads as Capt Mike taught me.  I had a few blow ups, but nothing hooked using topwater frogs.  But, I did get to see a lot of carp spawning I think.  The tops of their fins were out of the water and they were doing the hustle.

No fish pics to show since I didn't get anything, but here are a couple shots of the event!
