What kind of fly is this?

This is the fly that I have been catching all of my bluegill on.  I have no idea what kind of fly it is.  I also have one that is a size smaller that I was catching them on.  If you could tell me as much as you can about, please do, so I can purchase some more!

Charlie- you should get a hook sizer so you can tell the hook size.

I have good luck with bead-head nymphs but I would recommend the bead-head crystal bugger as a real killer for bluegill
