Years ago, Carl bought a rod rack at Phil's Rod and Reel Repair shop in Arlington. I have always admired it.

Recently, Carl decided to copy he design and make me one. While it looks simple enough, there are several tricky angles that must be mastered before the copy can be authentic, Carl employed the services of his neighbor who is a woodworker. In his own right, Carl is quite a woodworker and has a complete setup in his man cave (which is a separate building in his back yard....very cool).

So here is a picture of the finished product!

If you want to buy one, it will cost you in the thousands based on the amount of time Carl put into it. All I can tell you is that this is a quality piece! Maybe Carl can expound on the work he did.
