Benjamin decided not to go this morning but Cody was ready to go.  Again too cold and windy for crappie.  The wind was blowing 15-20 making boat control and speed a little difficult to say the least.  Cody would be on his own while I had to steer the boat.  Within 10 minutes we get slammed on a back rod and it is all he can do to get this one to the boat......he was exhausted when I lifted it in....a PB 24"er.  Then we fight the wind for the next 90 minutes before the other back rod goes off.  This fish cooperated a little better and I helped him put a fat 23'er in.  Fought the wind another 30 minutes and decided to call it quits.  First time Cody had caught 2 keepers in the same trip!
