Tried fishing from the shore again (3rd time this week). Finally caught one on a tube I was reeling back in slowly. Water cleared up a lot since yesterday.

Nice work!
I was walking the path above Dam 4 yesterday and a guy was throwing a curly tail right below where some water comes in from an old mill. I see him catching a smallie and he tells me it was his 1st cast. Nice. I tell him that could be a questionable omen. He then proceeds to catch a bigger one on his 2nd cast. I congratulate him and leave. 
Time to go fishin' again!
