Found a nice day to fish main river for catfish. Goal was to fill a cooler with meat. First spot at the grocery store was slow. Spot was our main bait. The cats kept spitting it out and we landed two before being checked by DNR. While checking license the anchor pulled and next thing you know we are in 60 feet of water. Reset back close to original spot and anchor pulls again after getting 10 lines out. Harump...
Went in 8 feet of water and saw lots of cats on lying machine. Set a good anchor and caught the heck out of eaters.
