Went carp fishing

Joe, Dave and I met up for a session Sunday afternoon. Joe got to the spot early around 8:30 to hold the area for us. I got there about 10:30 and Dave about 11:30. Set up my pod and caught one with in minutes. Lost it in the edge of the net. Caught three more as the evening winded on. Dave caught three also and made a most amazing dive to save his rod from Davy Jones Locker. Rod was in the water fully immersed when he drove for it on the rip rap and got it. SAFE...
Joe did not get a bite all day. It happens.
