Charlie - I just talked with the Elk Springs Lodge and a friend that was helping me to coordinate this.
He booked the weekend of March 21st - so that will be the date of the WV trip. I thought he said the 21st was booked already - my mistake.
Lodging will be between $20-30 per person, we'll figure out the exact price when we get there as its based on the numbe of people.
We'll also figure out food a little later. The plan will be to leave early Saturday morning, stay saturday night, and then fish some and then head back sometime Sunday.

That sounds good! Thanks!

Charlie,
I have a canoe and a kayak available for any BRHS member that needs a boat for Beaverdam or Goose Creek or one of the floats. They must demonstrate the ability to know how to use one so a "splash" in the pond might be necessary before they can use one.

I have enough trouble with the HOA as it is. They got mad at me for holding the last tourney out of my house. Oh well! Good idea though!

i don't really know, but if i had to guess, it was lack of anything better. just seems the way things are sometiemes

They were upset because they were not given a heads up (by me) so they gave me a lecture about the fact the tourney had "outsiders" and that the HOA was caught off guard. The bottom line is that it was held at my house by me and my friends. No harm done. We have told the HOA about the next tourney on May 9 and everything should be OK.

I am waiting for one more piece of info and then everyone will get the email. You can cook there. Price depends on if we need licenses which is what I am waiting to here about.
