Everyone, I believe. The only out of state people there are some kind of restrictions on are from CT, NY, MA where they need to be quarantined for at least 14 days.
MD DNR will probably release their guidance tomorrow.

We (VA folks) were allowed to fish MD waters. Wind, closed ramps and high river has put a damper on that, as well as the ongoing fear of a fishing buddy being a-symp.
Funny how people look at you now when you are crossing paths trying to social distance. I always look to see if I have a bugger hanging from my nose...

Gotcha moment- Today at 7, new boating rules came out for MD. But, it appears that boaters must be with immediate family members or people with whom they reside.

On the way home today I noticed the small parking for Scott's Run had part of the fence removed and a few cars in the lot, so I hoping this was the case.
