Who is crazy enough to start a fishing trip at noon? Ernie and John Lipetz!

Drxfish was coming off the water as we were putting in....

This was more of a quick recon trip (plus John brought lunch from Jason's deli). Sorry, we inhaled the sammies before even thinking of a pic! Chicken salad sammie and a cowboy sub. Yum!

Anyway, we knew we only had 3 hours and I think we made the best of it.

John caught the 1st fish. We both called the seam and he nailed it...a nice 16.25" smallie!

I then caught my 1st one, probably 12" but fat!

John caught a couple more little ones and then we made a move. He nailed this beauty!

18.25"!

Later he caught a 14.5"er and I finally caught a decent one at 14.75"

We needed to get off the water as we are both going to a fishing meeting tonight and I had some doctor stuff to do.

In total, we caught 7 (J- 5, E-2) fish in 3 hours of fishing under the bright sun!

We had a blast!

Wonder where the red towel came from??

Good report.
