Re: Waders- 2 pair (chest and hip)

Hi Ernie,

I am interested in the Redhead Bone Dry one. Quick question for you - cause I am clueless about waders and looking to get a pair for flyfishing (which I pretend to do) and for kayaking in the colder parts of the spring and fall - I know I will need an XL cause of my gut, but I am a size 10 shoe. How does the exel correspond to shoe size or does it not matter? If it works for my shoe size I will definitely take them. I work in Arlington and live in Woodbridge - can pick up in that area if that works for you - or I can drive out one weekend to you to pick up.

Sorry for the edit: I am also 5'6 - will the legs be too long??

Nick- I think the XL will be too long for you. I am 5'10" and I had to really snug up the suspenders. The shoe size is about an 11...just wear lots of sox.

Where do you work in Arlington?

My dad will take either. He prefers the Flo Lite Hip Waders but if someone already got it he will be happy with the other one.

No way!

If I kept one, it would be too heavy on the incoming.

I have been getting rid of "stuff" for a couple of years. Just sold an old pool table (1 pc slate, 7') the yak etc. Just trying to get rid of all the unnecessary clutter....fishing stuff greatly excluded!

Ernie,
Saw a news report last night about Amazon.com's warehouse operation. Huge and unbelievably stocked. Did remind me of your garage...
