Ernie, I'm interested in seeing your 4600's (C3 as well as C4). Can I meet up with you to check them out?

For Thursday we can do between 3-4 pm or after 7.
After that, best chance is Sunday after 5.

Ernie,
I am definite on one of the C4s. Can I stop by either this evening or Friday evening?

They definitely catch!!! Ernie! I would have taken that 5600 C4 instead!!! Oh well, I guess having the clicker is probably better than the casting distance for him.
I'm working on a report for here and MKF of my Boston trip, spoiler alert, Ernie's reel landed a 40" rock!

Just saw your report over yonder. I'm retired and you get to fish, what's wrong with this picture?

Haha I don't know Bob! I've been waiting for you to let me know when you're taking the banana boat out!
You have a drysuit right? We could troll the WC this fall? I think I found a good launch for it last year.

Redfish, I happily picked up that C4 5600 from Ernie last night! The reel is like new! It will spend some time on the St Croix rod you sold me a while ago.

Thanks again for the C3, Ernie. I used it at the tournament yesterday, and was very pleased with how smooth it was!
Unfortunately I didn't get to check out the spot you told me about. I decided not to launch on the main stem of the bay due to the high winds. It wasn't much better at Kent Narrows, which is where I ended up launching from. In hindsight, I think I could have made it despite the wind and chops...but better safe than sorry.
