I am sure it will be good but tell them that mole sauce will overpower the chorizo.....your chorizo can stand alone!

Curly- I was at Lost Rhino last night. I actually had a smple of those Chorizo nachos. Pretty damn good.

Some of us have been sampling this delicacy for a few years....just sayin'. My youngest son is Curly's #1 chorizo fan!

Went to the brewery this evening to try their chorizo nachos (made with Curly's Chorizo). What a dissapointment . The mole sauce completely covered up any chorizo flavor and essentially tasted like cloves mixed with some sugar . Could not tell that there was any chorizo in the dish.
