Re: Occoquan River 8-11-12

mix of sun and cloud cover this morning.

cloud cover was top water......one on a frog, one on a jitterbug, but several on buzz bait over the mats.
sunshine was wacky soft plastics

Re: Occoquan River 8-11-12

I was out there too for the NHBA tournament.   Water was typical clarity.

Fished the flat to start.  When that died down we fished the first docks on the north side successfully for a while before finishing on the flat.

I caught bass on black/blue senko, black/blue rage tail craw (biggest fish), gold spoon, and a bunch on three different colors of Baby 1-.  Also had one channel cat on the gold spoon.
