I'm heading to OC for a few days with the wife and she has agreed to let me bring my kayak along for the ride. Anyone have any luck there bayside? Is it pretty much just flounder in there this time of year or do they still get a nice mix.  I'll probably stay away from the OC inlet in the kayak.  I've seen some people get in trouble there over the  years in various boats and jet ski's when the tide is ripping through there.  I doubt I'll get the chance to run up to the indian river  or Delaware bay.  Depending on the water conditions I may try ocean side one morning. Since I will be fishing solo I will probably lean away from that. I do have a marine radio and all the other required safety gear. I just prefer not to do big water like that without someone else along in the event something happens.
