Heron Pond

Tried fishing in Heron Pond the other day as I keep seeing some nice sized fish in there. Spent 2 hours ish there fishing from the bank didnt catch a thing but that is the way it goes, biggest problem though was getting caught up in all the damn lillies. Is there anyway to avoid getting caught up in the damn things all the time ?

Curly,

Have you ever had any luck at Ashburn Lake?

Re: Heron Pond

Mark (manager at AVHOA) does well in that lake....Curly, Jumping Jasper and I spent some time on it (boats) last July and did not do well.

I saw people fishing off the deck at Ashburn Lake at night but am not sure if it's permitted.
