DC Rock Fish season

Does anyone know if they set the dates and size limits yet for this year?

It has been May 16th for the past 3 years with a 2 fish limit and 18" min;. only one of which could be over 28".  I'll call Wanda tomorrow, but it may be too early for it to be set yet.

Re: DC Rock Fish season

Really ugly.....how long after that (assuming no major rain) do you think it will come down to seni-normal? I am thinking the 18th or 19th.

Just goes to show how long it has been since I fished up in DC.

Re: DC Rock Fish season

Just got off the phone with my buddy, Wanda, over at DC Fisheries.  Striper season has not changed this year.

Open season May 16-Dec 31.  You may keep 2 fish 18-28" or one fish 18-28" and one fish over 28".

You cannot have 2 fish over 28" or any fish under 18"!

Did she say what happened to the website? Seems like all the pages were gone.

Thanks for clarifying this.
