Fletcher's waters.....

Some thoughts:

Prior to the rain the water temps indicated it was almost time!

After the rains on Sunday, the temps dropped, the river rose, the trash flowed and the water is stained. The good thing is that all the trash is now off the banks which means that subsequent rains will not foul the river up as bad.

We are expecting another deluge on Thursday which will again flush the system. Perhaps fishing will ensue during the  week of the 14th.

It has been said tha early spring rains make for good spawning.


Time to go fishin' again!

Yikes!! They were saying this morning that it would be 2". Well....I did say the week of the 14th, could be the later part of the week before it's close to being fishable. Of course if we have more rain......

Looks like it's coming from the west so it gets the whole watershed. :-(
