Today I fished Joe's lake using his bass boat. No need for more horse power.....we were the only ones fishing this 400 acre lake. They dug these out when they built the development and they are 20-50 feet deep. The shallows encompass about 10-12 feet from the shore and then it drops off.

We started with a cool morning (60's) wih almost no wind. And it did not take long to get hooked up.

After that, it was steady catching.

It was 80 when I left Miami this afternoon...landed in 35 degree weather and a threat of 4-8 inches of snow?
