Pohick Bay
Can anyone tell me when fishing at Pohick Bay generally starts to pick up? Will it take until May or so to get some significant weed growth?

The big mud flats will have hungry bass in March on a warm day. Look for a late high tide around 4 pm and be there with a rattle trap. Lots of sun will turn them on in March no matter how muddy the water is.
