Josh (1Ranger) is all over this. He has been monitoring the 'doah fro several years with Jeff Kelbe, Shenandoah Riverkeeper. Kelbe has brought lawsuits to companies that "trash" the rivers. He does a great job. I support his organization.
Time to go fishin' again!
