Has anyone tried: 
-the ponds in Cascades near Rt7?
-the one along Palisades Pkwy/Primula Ct?
-Claude Moore Park?  Last time I was there I was young enough to not need a license.  Looks like they've done some things to improve it.
-the pond between Rt7 and Ridgetop Circle?

Or even the ponds along Rt7 in Lansdowne by the shopping center?

I haven't checked for restrictions at any of these places yet.
