A couple of months ago, after buying some fly tying stuff, I made my 1st bass fly.

It was ugly and I almost cut it up but I decided to keep it.

Today, I used it. The fly was tied on a 1/32nd jig.

I caught a nice, fat 12-13"er on it a few minutes ago. Not a big fight since the water is so cold (plus I was using an 8wt) but it was a fish landed.

Sorry but no ic an my phone was still in the garage.

It won't win any awards but it caught a fish!
