Drove down on Friday to some heavy rains. But anxious to fish I put on my rain gear and hit the beach behind the hotels. Grass was thick and in 5 minutes I was loaded up and dragged down the beach. So just decided to have a drink instead.

Saturday got to the South Side by the airport and same thing. Four rods out and four rods in tangled and grass thicker than ever. Decided to head to Point and fished the North side of the point. No grass and bang fish-on. Turned out to be the only fish caught the entire weekend. A nice sea-mullet was in the cooler. Soaked shrimp / mullet and spot for three more days with out a nibble.

Still had a good time and played some pin ball one evening at Anglo's Pizza.

No pics since I forgot my phone at home..really felt good to be unplugged. In Japan CEO's and major executives pay big money to vacation in jail cells where they have no connection to the outside world. Just to unplug.
