My scale must be off too. Caught a 18.5" at Beaverdam today, my scale said 2lb 10oz.

* 5 lb dumbell weighed 5.02 lbs last night. 2.5 lb dumbell weighed 2.51 lbs.
*=plus or minus 0.01-0.02 lbs

My scale was reading a little off at first but after a good tug it started reading more accurately. Reads 1oz low at 5lb now.
