How's the UP?
Anyone laid eyes on the upper Potomac in the last day or so? I know it's high, but how muddy is it? trying to gauge when the clarity might be decent again.

Very muddy. Very high. Very fast. Observations from the POR launch area. I may be going there again tomorrow to take a look...if so, I'll update this.
