UP

Good weekend of yak fishing.

Hit the Doah on Friday and fish were on.  Biggest 18", with many in the 14-16" range.  Everything on tubes, flukes, senkos, cranks, & spinnerbait.  Spinnerbait bite was hot.

Hit the Potomac for a 6 mile float on Sunday and before 10am had 1/2 dozen over 16" on flukes & senkos.  Then the pattern shut down for the next 4 hours.  Lotsa grass - to much for a 'real' boat.  Once the grass cleared, picked up a few in the 14-16" range & a couple dinks hitting baits bigger then they were.  We had allot of tail biters, but stuck with larger baits to cull out the dinks.  Finally, got into some fast water & nailed a few more chunks.  Spinnerbaits were dead this trip.  Did well with flukes, senkos, & a grub on a flutter jig.
