Solomons Fishing - Late Report

Took a bunch of high school friends (50th reunion) out on the Miss Susie (Greg Buckner) on the 18th.

Day started with a beautiful sunrise,

Hunted for a long time and then found some nice Stripers trolling by the Target Ship.

Probably brought 75 fish to the boat with the largest in the 24" to 26" range.  Took home a limit.

Caught a bunch of smallish Blues and made a great batch of Ceviche.  Cut the blues into thin strips, lots of Lime juice, a little Kosher salt and some green Tabasco sauce.  Put the whole deal in a zip lock bag for an hour and the Lime actually "cooks" the fish.  When it's turned white for a little while it's done.  Goes great with Corona.

Lots of fun with really old friends.
