10/15/2011 Occoquan and Potomac

Hello All,

Hit the Occoquan under the Rte 123 bridge on my way to work and caught a nice largemouth (good way to start the day) on a Bomber Crank Bait and then hit Gravelly Point at lunch and caught a schoolie Striper on a Field and Stream 1/4 oz Rooster Tail. (good way to spend lunch)

After looking at the picture of the striper - i noticed it looks like I am stepping on it. This is definitely not the case. I just like to add something in the picture for a size reference.

Thanks...there are usually 1 or 2 fly guys there when I go. Even with just one other person the fishing gets pretty tight. I need to find another place close to my office.
