Did a little fly fishing w/ a couple friends this past Saturday .... good times had by all. As a group we landed 30+ rainbows btw 12-17". I'm new to fly fishing and am full on addicted!
I've never posted pics here ...... how do I post from my photo library?

Very nice....you need to come to the CCA Dinner/Auction on March 12. Douglas has donated a 2 night stay in the new luxury cabins......the package will be a live auction.
For pictures, they link needs to look like this-
But without the 3 dots before and after the brackets.

Thanks for the instruction - here are some pics.

Outstanding!
I would like to do that but I always worry about the footing. I have 1 bad knee and 1 replaced knee. Those dry rocks look OK but I get nervous about the wet ones.
Plus....I need one of those cool nets!

Nice pics Houli. Where exactly is the Rose River? I'm itching to get out somewhere this year. Let me know if you want company sometime. I also live in the Broadlands.

Ernie, I'm up for a trip to Rose River Farm if you're thinking about a group. My understanding is that it's a little Northwest of Culpepper. I think it's about a hundred dollars a day and there is a limit on how many rods they will put on the river. Not sure what the river does outside of the "Farm."

That's the spot Doug - 5 rods per day limit and $95 fee. Great times though and lots of fish! I'll let you know next time I head out that way (my wife got me a half day guided w/ Gary for Christmas). My next trip will be out CCNPP on my buddies boat .... or Holmes Run fly fishing. I haven't been up to Beaver Creek, MD or up to PA in a bit so may go there before too long. Will keep the forum posted.
I haven't tried fly fishing the upper potomac yet but if anyone has suggestions that'd be great.
