After a weather event the blue cats are hungry and today was very good. Ran out of bait by noon and luckily the tide too. There where some big fish caught and lost today. The biggest was 47 inches long and pegged my 50lb scale.

Below is part of a post that Capt. Mike made at 8:51PM last night over at the PRAC board concerning fishing after a big storm:
"After a weather event for me the river is higher than normal and somewhat muddy. This drives the big cats into thinner water to forage on gizzard and bluegill. Better fishing for sure."
I think he knows what he is talking about!! All I can say is that I am glad he posts on this board, we all learn from him.
