If you're thinking about adopting a dog or cat, Saturday is Pet Adoption Day at the Pavillion. Runs from 11 - 2 and I will be there representing Friends of Homeless Animals in Aldie. My escort for the day will be Miss Rosie who is absolutely sweet as honeysuckle. She's a gorgeous Beagle mix with blue eyes. You can learn more about her and our other dogs at http://foha.org/index.php?id=27&petid=2893.
Hope to see you there and I'm sure Ernie can come up with some sort of fishing lure to go with any dog adopted.

We adopted a cocker spaniel about 6 years ago and he's like a kid to us
Good luck finding homes for all the animals

Oh man what a busy Saturday, BRHS fishing tourny, AV car show, and now Pet Adoption Day. We are actually looking for a pit bull. I browsed the dogs available and there was only one that meets our criteria but apparently already has an application http://foha.org/index.php?id=27&petid=1332. Regardless I know my wife and daughter will love coming to see the animals! Thanks for posting.

You might take a look at Vern. He's a handful but he's really sweet.

Just wanted to confirm this at the Ashburn Farm Pavillion. On this forum when I hear "the Pavillion" I think of Ashburn Village.
