5-7-16, Cedar

It took a while to get them figured out this afternoon. They barely touched my go to BG  flies for the 1st 20 minutes or so....only picked up  couple of mediums.

Then I decided to tie on an ant. Usually, that's a summer fly. And they wanted it fast and only on a 45 degree cast angle.

I caught at least a dozen with 5-6 of them in the 8"+ range including a couple of humpies!

Most of the fish were caught in a 15 minutes span.

Please use your imagination (left phone in the house) but these were some nice plump BGs!

Time to go fishin' again!
