I'm asking because I see that it's a popular place since its where the warm water goes into the cold side. If anyone has techniques for fishing from the bank/bridge, I'd appreciate it. I've youtubed some videos up, but it's always better to get a first hand account or guidance. Thanks!

I haven't been there, but I'm assuming you've found comeonfish's videos? Those seem to be pretty informative.

of course! But he's fishing from the kayak and I don't own one (yet). I may have to just stalk him and steal some of his rigs!

The best time is right at dusk. The locals gather there and throw big swim baits/cranks and crank it back in. There's a drain pipe from the warm side in the middle of that cove in front of the bridge. The stripers hang out there. I have caught a striper along the riprap banks using live minnows.
