What's a good float on Upper Potomac

Hey all-  what are my options for a half or full day Upper Potomac float, preferably from the VA line down?  I've shore and wade fished the river a good deal from POR to Riverbend Park, so I am familiar with much of that stretch, incl. POR, Edwards Ferry, Kepheart, algonkian, Riverbend, etc.  Not sure of the approx times involved in those trips, so if anyone has any input, I'd appreciate it.  Thanks!

Gary- the easiest is Lander to POR for 1/2 day, Brunswick to POR for full. You can take a bike and do the trip yourself using C & O, Jeff (Jumping Jasper) has done this. Very little access on VA side though...only at POR.

Where is the POR access on VA side? I've only gone in on MD side there, and that was several years ago.

Make the last left turn before crossing over the bridge and then a quick right. There is a ramp sign there.
