Lunch break

Todays weather was so nice I took a quick walk around fishing tour of C lake. I was casting a inline spinner and caught a few bluegill and a dink bass. The best catch of the day was an 8" bluegill. I saw a splash just before my spinner hit the water, a few feet away. I wound in the slack, gave a little tug to get the spinner going, and there was already a fish on! It put up a great fight on UL tackle smile sorry no pictures I wanted to get the fish back ASAP and get back to work.

Oh and I think I ran into Ernie as i was releasing the bluegill. He was power walking at a good pace that by the time I recognized him he was gone haha. Ernie, if that was you it was nice seeing you in person.

Together we'll fight the long defeat.

Re: Lunch break

That was me....I was just finishing my almost 5 mile lunch walk. Next time I will stop to chat....

That was a nice bluegill!

I fished Cedar last night on the yak and caught four small bass on a drop shot using a salt Z-Man Electric Chicken bait.

Time to go fishin' again!
