Potomac Striper Fishing 4-6
Jeff C and I set out of Pohick at first light and headed down towards Quantico looking for fish. No marks and no bites after straining water for about a mile or so. Made a move back up towards DC and down goes a rod. An 18" male.
Could not find any of the big girls, but did manage 11 stripers by 10:30 am......all 18-21". Also saw Ernie, Mike, Kevin, and Capt. Brady on the water during our travels. Here's some more pics.

Nice fish! That one in the last pic has a neat stripe pattern.

Markings very similar to a hybrid striper, but I'm pretty sure it was all striper .
